ORDER PROCESSING

For all non-customized orders, we need 5 business days to process them. This involves the time from receiving your order until it is shipped. Sometimes this time may vary due to out of stock on the product or depending on your order if it is accompanied by customizations, in this case if your jersey is personalized the order processing time is approximately 7 working days .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver worldwide and as quickly as possible, we offer an International Delivery service to allow you to receive your orders quickly and safely anywhere in the world. For each order a tracking number will be sent to you to exactly follow the progress of your order.

Product delivery costs – Customs fees

The delivery costs of the Products are the responsibility of the Customer, excluding promotional offers (e.g. free shipping costs for 60 euros of purchase).

Delivery costs are calculated prior to validation of the order by the Seller, according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.

Like any import of a product, customs may check your package, please note that prices do not include customs fees as well as any import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

DELIVERY TIME

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that all orders placed from December 1st have no guarantee of delivery before December 24th.

Once your order has been placed it takes us 5 to 7 days to process your order then comes the shipping/receipt time which varies from 10 to 21 days.

Delivery times may be significantly extended during the month of December, so we advise you to plan in advance for any gifts relating to the end-of-year celebrations.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.

*Special mention : An exception for our friends from the French Overseas Territories. Unfortunately we are obliged to notify you that the price of the shipment cannot be free for you because it is very expensive for the company. Also note that deadlines may exceed 30 days. We are sorry for these waiting times.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched, you have 24 hours maximum to cancel your order.

A cancellation fee of 15% of the total payment (including shipping) will be charged for all cancellations.

REFUND ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If 90 days have passed since the departure date of your package without you receiving your order, One Football undertakes to reimburse you in full for your order.

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

Due to the current health crisis, delivery times can be significantly extended. We strive to provide you with quality service and we are not responsible if your order exceeds our legal delivery deadlines.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after we received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase directly to us without contacting our team first.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

REFUND :

Any personalized item is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged (Example: Jerseys with flocking or Retro Vintage jersey)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. We remind you that it takes between 5 and 10 working days for it to appear on your bank statement. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

 

SALE ITEM:

Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.

 

GIFTS:

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

 

RETURNS AND SHIPPING:

The return is not free, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable as are the initial delivery charges. If you receive a refund, the initial delivery charge will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE:

Size exchange is available provided the item (s) are not in use and the tags are still attached.

The size exchange request can only be made within 14 days of the delivery date and subject to availability.

The reason for the exchange and the desired size must be indicated when contacting our customer service.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (return and reshipment) and return address will be provided after the team confirms the exchange One Football.
